What we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, the trades and notes you log in your journal, and basic usage data (page views, errors) needed to keep the app reliable. We do not collect brokerage credentials and we never connect to your broker.
How we use it
Your trades are used solely to power the journal features in your account — statistics, charts, exports, and discipline tracking. We use your email to send account, billing, and security notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your trade data with third parties.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our managed Postgres database with row-level security so only your account can read your trades. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Your rights
You can export every trade you have logged at any time as CSV from the Account page, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Danger Zone tab. For any other privacy request, email hello@katterminal.com.
